Interim Group Controller

Rikshem AB (publ) is one of Sweden's largest private housing companies. In the role of interim Group Controller, you will be responsible for two people in the controller department, as well as the department's budget. The role involves coordinating the controller department's activities and reporting to the CFO.

Responsibilities in the role of Interim Group Controller:

• Responsibility for managing the budget, forecasts, and follow-up regarding the entire company's results
• Responsible for the work of the business controller, including full personnel responsibility
• System administration of the Business Analysis module in the company's business system
• Assisting the administration and finance department with investigations and follow-ups

Who we are looking for:

• College/university degree in business administration or equivalent
• Many years of experience in the role of controller, preferably in the real estate industry
• Experience in administration is considered an advantage.
• Skilled problem solver with strong analytical abilities
• Structured, analytical, good organizational skills, good team player, clear and responsive
• Self-motivated, good leadership skills, and business and results-oriented

About the process:
