Interim KAM
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of a Key Account Manager to an international industrial company at the forefront, active in the advanced manufacturing industry for the automotive sector. Here you are offered a business-oriented role with a strong customer focus and the opportunity to work with strategically important customers in a global market. The company develops and produces technically advanced metal components in close partnership with leading OEM customers. You will be part of a dedicated team where business acumen, quality and collaboration are at the center. The position is located in southern Sweden with a clear international flavor.
Main duties:
- Maintain and develop relationships with selected key automotive personnel.
- Drive business dialog and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage commercial issues such as pricing, quotes and contracts.
- Develop business cases together with internal technical functions.
- Ensure good delivery, quality and profitability of your business.
- Act as a key link between client and internal teams.
To be eligible for the role:
- Either you are at the beginning of your career, a recent graduate with a strong business interest, or you have up to a couple of years of experience in a role with customer responsibility, for example as a KAM.
- Have an interest in engineering, industry or manufacturing environments.
- Thrives in a business-oriented role with a lot of customer contact.
- Is driven, curious and wants to develop in an international context.
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.
About the process
