Interim IT Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim IT manager at Scanreco located in Skärholmen. Scanreco is a leading manufacturer of remote control systems for the international crane and machinery industry. The company has a turnover of half a billion and has a presence on two continents.
The focus of the Head of IT is to support the business processes of the organization with a high presence in the organization and implementation of the IT strategy. Investments in new technologies and changing ways of working place new demands on the IT/IS function.You will lead and coordinate IT governance and support within the group. The operation is outsourced.
The main responsibilities are:
- Running the management and operation of IT infrastructure, business systems and IT security
- Ensure that suppliers deliver according to contract and SLA
- Leading the IT management team
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the IT/IS function, including staff and budget responsibilities
- Contribute to the long-term development of the company
You will report to the Group CFO and currently have three direct reports. You have a relevant academic degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. You are self-motivated, unpretentious and have a broad technical knowledge of Microsoft platforms and products. Experience in a manufacturing company with product development is an advantage. You are prepared to roll up your sleeves and work operationally when required, while at the same time being able to discuss IT strategy with Group management. The corporate language is English.
