Interim Head of IT Development
Interim Search has been commissioned to find an Interim IT Manager for a company in the transportation industry in Stockholm. The company has a turnover of SEK 5 billion.
We would like you to have a background in programming and semi-agile methods as well as experience from international organizations. The role reports to the IT Director.
Main duties
- Manage over 35 direct reporting software developers.
- Developing and managing existing staff.
- Build strategic partnerships with suppliers, customers and stakeholders.
- Interpret requirements in procurement procedures.
To be eligible for the role
- You have previous experience in software development.
- You have previous experience as an IT manager.
- You have experience working in international organizations.
- You are a confident and motivating leader with good communication skills.
- You have experience in the transportation industry.
About the process
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last 9 months starting no later than December 2. Remote work OK according to hybrid solution (3+2). Travel within Europe will occur in the service.
