Interim IT Manager

Main duties:

• Strong focus on being a driving force in establishing and developing cross-functional collaboration areas within the business to the business and customer perspective.
• Driving together with IT to create concrete and common digitalization and IT priorities.
• Helping the IT business grow and how the consultant can be a bridge to help IT understand the business.
• You are responsible for the whole and to coordinate and follow up all deliveries so that we meet goals regarding quality, time and cost as a delivery manager for business IT & digital analysis.
• Together with the competence manager, you create the conditions for team deliveries that require deeply specialized competencies where working methods and methods must be continuously improved and developed over time to be able to keep up with the digitalization development.
•  In dialogue with your competence manager colleague, you are responsible for resource assessment and resource planning in order to be able to carry out the tasks assigned to you. Together you will lead and develop the team.

To be up to date 

• At least five (5) years of experience in similar positions and many years of management experience.
• Experience in leading individuals and groups in movement and change.
• Proven experience in human resources management and processes.
• Very good knowledge of how digital transformation of organization, ways of working and value-creating structures can be implemented in practice.
• Has many years of experience in leading digital transformation and experience in leading business and operational development.
• Good knowledge of technical infrastructure and architecture (e.g. setting requirements, communicating with technical consultants, bridging between business and IT)
• Proven experience of change management and agile working methods from several organizations
• Work on leading work by involving and observing needs.

About the process:
