Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim CFO for an energy company in central Sweden.
Our client is facing a transition period and is looking for an experienced interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial operations and ensure the long-term perspective during the period.
To be eligible for the role:
- At least 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the energy sector
- Deep knowledge and experience in financial management, budgeting, reporting and risk management
- Able to lead and motivate teams and communicate effectively with other departments and management teams
- Thorough knowledge of regulations and laws governing the energy sector
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and implementation of the company's financial strategy
- Strong analytical skills to analyze complex financial data
About the process:
