Interim IT/Digitalization Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim IT and Digitization Manager for a billion-dollar company in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Responsible for and lead the digitalization work within the company
- Responsible for the IT function and its services to improve the customer experience and efficiency of the company.
- Responsible for the operation and management of around 100 systems and analyzing future needs.
- Ensure the stable operation of the company's IT function and services.
- Be an experienced purchaser and specifier of outsourced IT operations.
- Personnel responsibility for about 10 people as well as consultants and digitalization leaders in the organization.
- Project owner for a handful of development projects.
- Responsible for the budget of the IT group.
- Report to the Head of Business Development.
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Good relationship building skills and is an experienced leader.
- Experienced IT Manager and/or Digitization Manager with good experience in implementation and change management.
- Be able to easily read the business and work with the various digitization initiatives and processes being run today.
- Previous experience of similar assignments.
- Ability to translate overall business strategy into what architecture, IT capabilities etc. are required to deliver.
- University degree in a subject relevant to the post.
- Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage.
About the process:
