Interim Improvement Manager Maintenance

Main duties:

• Analyze ways of working and initiate cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Drive through projects linked to increased efficiency and improved performance
• Demanding and challenging the organization through clear objectives
• Finalize, implement, monitor and evaluate initiatives

To be eligible for the role:

• Experienced leader who has led through multiple ranks
• Background from heavy process industry or contractor side, with at least 10 years experience in maintenance
• Relevant academic degree
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• The assignment is mainly carried out on site at the customer's premises.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time starting Q1-2026 and is expected to last for 1-6 months and then turn into permanent employment with the company.
