Interim HR Specialist
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of Interim HR Specialist at a public-sector organization in the Gothenburg area.
Main duties:
- Support department heads in all matters related to HR
- Be responsible for workplace safety and health issues related to conflict resolution and misconduct
- Be responsible for matters related to the Employment Protection Act (LAS) and working hours
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Relevant academic background, preferably in the field of human resources
- Extensive and broad experience in HR work in the public sector/municipal government
- Work independently on rehabilitation issues
- Independently handle individual labor law cases
- Experience with investigations involving discrimination
- A solid understanding of the laws and agreements governing employer responsibilities and the relationship between employers and employees
About the process:
This is a full-time assignment expected to last at least 4 months, with an immediate start date. We will present candidates in the middle of week 42, and interviews with the client will take place at that time.
