Interim HR Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim HR Manager for a billion-dollar company in Stockholm.
In the role of interim HR Manager, you are a driving force in the development of the organization and are part of the management team and report to the CEO.
Main duties
- Responsible for and driving business planning
- Be responsible for the operational tasks
- Taking HR issues to a strategic level
- Initiate and drive organizational development
- Support the CEO in the various strategic issues
- Responsible for performance management and human resources management
- Responsible for the HR group and the issues related to HR
- Supporting the HR team for project progress
- Responsible for HR budget and office services
To be eligible for the role
- Experienced HR Manager and/or Development Manager with good experience in organizational development and implementation
- Good experience in change management and project management
- Implemented and was responsible for business development on human resources issues
- Communicative, agile and wise
- Confident in the HR role and used to leading and supporting employees
- University degree in a subject relevant to the post
- Experience in marketing and branding is an advantage
About the process
The assignment is expected to last approximately 5 months starting in mid-August with the possibility of extension.
