Interim HR Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim HR Manager to an international industrial group with headquarters in Stockholm. You will have HR responsibility for four manufacturing units with a total of 600 employees. The role reports directly to the Group HR Director.
As an Interim HR Manager, you will be part of the manufacturing units' management teams.
Responsibilities in the role of Interim HR Manager:
- Strategic Business Partner to Site Managers.
- Implementation of strategic HR processes.
- Advice on labor law and collective agreement management.
- Recruitment, succession planning, development planning and performance management.
- Compensation & Benefits.
- Human resources management for three direct reports, including a German HR Manager.
Who we are looking for:
- You have solid experience of HR management responsibilities in a manufacturing industry in an international environment.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is a requirement.
- A good conversational level of German is an advantage.
- You have the opportunity to travel in the service as production units are located in different parts of Sweden and also abroad.
About the process:
We will present candidates on Thursday, January 18 at 14:00 and interviews at the company will take place on Monday, January 22. The assignment is full-time, starts immediately and is expected to last until July 27, 2018.
