Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim HR manager for a large company in the Malmö area. The company is in an extensive transformation where HR becomes an important key to success.
In the role of Interim HR Manager, you will, together with your team, be responsible for ensuring that the company implements upcoming adjustments correctly in terms of labor law.
Main duties
- Project manage the company through upcoming changes
- Pursuing labor law issues
- Primarily support the management team
- Help develop and implement new structures and processes
To be eligible for the role
- Experience from previous similar assignments
- High level of expertise in labor law
- Broad generalist in HR
- Leadership experience
- Experience working in an agile organization in a fast-paced environment
About the process
