Interim HR Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of interim HR manager at a small, growing company in Stockholm. The company has approximately 70 employees.
In the role of interim HR manager, you’ll join a growing company with opportunities for development. You will have overall responsibility for recruiting consultants in the technology field, managing short-term furloughs, and working effectively to reduce employee turnover. In addition, you will support the CEO and CFO on HR matters.
To be considered for this role, you must have prior work experience in HR, preferably as a manager or company representative for a small business. You have extensive knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and are up to date on current laws and regulations.
About the process:
