Interim HR Manager

In the role of Interim HR Manager, you will act as a confident and experienced advisor to management in dealing with challenging HR issues and support the company in the transformation of culture, working practices and performance. You will be expected to provide expert support and reassurance to managers on site. Located half an hour south of Stockholm city by car.

Main duties:

• Act as a confident and experienced advisor to management on complex HR and employment law matters.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, collective agreements and external legislation.
• Assist with sensitivity in handling challenging employee and HR issues during the company's ongoing transformation journey.
• Supporting the organization to renew its culture, ways of working and performance.

To be eligible for the role:

• Several years of experience as HR manager and consultant in manufacturing companies.
• Solid experience in trade union negotiations, including unions such as IF Metall and Unionen.
• Experience of working in an organization that includes both civil servants and collective staff.
• Good knowledge of Swedish labor law.
• Experience in dealing with difficult personnel matters and driving organizational change.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. 
• Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

The assignment is part-time 20% and will start in October/November and is expected to last 12 months.
