Interim Group Accounting Director
Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim Group Accounting Director for a multinational company in southwest Skåne.
Main duties:
- Coordinate and lead the group accounting function to ensure efficiency in deliverables and processes

Lead and coach and coordinate the team of about 7 people.

Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual reporting

Continuously work on and develop procedures and processes regarding the group's accounting

Responsible for and ensure the audit processes in the group
To be eligible for the role:
- Long experience in accounting and worked with group accounting, auditors, TAX and treasury
- Experience of working in multinational companies
- Experienced and confident leader who is used to coaching and leading a team in finance
- Master's degree in business administration
- Swedish and English, spoken and written.
About the process:
