Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim HR generalist to an industrial company. 400 employees work in the business with about 20 managers.
You will support the HR department in anticipation of a permanent recruitment and will run a number of the role's projects and tasks independently. There are seven HR generalists in the team, and you will be co-located with two of them. You will report to the HR Manager on site.
Your tasks in the role of interim HR generalist:
- Responsible for the development, implementation and follow-up of HR processes.
- Acting as project manager/sub-project manager in skills provision projects.
- Participate in the development of system support.
- Support the organization in human resources matters.
- Coaching managers on HR-related issues such as recruitment, staffing and rehabilitation.
- Participating in negotiations.
- Personnel administration, e.g. recruitment, negotiations, staff and salary changes.
- Supporting the organization in skills inventories, skills plans and implementation and follow-up of skills activities.
Who we are looking for:
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role/service.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Experience in rehabilitation processes is an advantage.
About the process:
We will present candidates on Tuesday, August 14 and interviews at the company will take place on Wednesday, August 15. The assignment is full-time, starts tentatively on August 27 and is expected to last throughout the year.
