Interim Search has been entrusted with the immediate appointment of an interim HR Generalist for a well-known e-commerce company. As HR Generalist you will have an operational role where you support the organization in HR matters and ensure that the personnel administration works efficiently and smoothly.
Main duties:
- Administer contracts and salaries in Quinyx.
- Labor law issues related to salaries, the Working Hours Act, working time agreements, the Holiday Act, other leaves, time reporting systems and other system issues.
- Monitor vacation planning, produce statistics, analyze results and follow up on key figures regarding sickness, leave & staff turnover.
- Administrative support for onboarding/offboarding.
- Support the HR function in the annual salary review.
- Support managers and employees in connection with the Quinyx payroll system.
To be eligible for the role:
- Relevant academic training in human resources, economics or similar.
- A couple of years of experience in broad HR work.
- Previous experience with Quinyx is an advantage.
- Communicative, structured, orderly and proactive.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to start immediately and last for 2-3 months, with good opportunities for extension. The assignment is full-time and based in Stockholm.
