Interim HR Generalist

As Interim HR Generalist, you will also be responsible for the coordination of the company's sustainability issues. You will be part of the management team and report to the CEO.

Main duties:

• Responsibility for HR administration in terms of processes and projects.
• Responsibility for driving sustainability issues in the HR area and coordinating sustainability issues in general.
• Support to supervisors and management on issues related to labor law, rules, agreements and policies.

Who we are looking for:

• You have good experience working with collective agreements.
• You have experience in systematic work environment management and have worked on environmental sustainability or CSR issues.
• You have experience in project management and process ownership.
• You have a university degree.

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last six months, starting as soon as possible. Interviews at the client company will take place on December 12.
