Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim HR Director to a company in Stockholm, the assignment is at the company's headquarters with 400 employees. The role includes a staff responsibility of four people.
As HR Director, you will contribute to the company's journey of change while waiting for permanent recruitment to be in place.
Main duties
- Your main task as HR Director is to drive, develop and modernize HR work as an important part of the company's continued development
- You work actively with managers and our recruiters to ensure a good supply of skills and greater diversity
- Support the company's managers with talent management and development of leaders, organization and corporate culture
- Project manager for various HR initiatives
Your background:
- To be relevant for the assignment, you have recently been HR Manager or HR Director in a medium-sized company
- Experienced leader with modern management skills and with experience in the corresponding staff group
- Experience of interim assignments and change management is an advantage
About the process:
We present candidates on an ongoing basis, interviews at the client company take place continuously and the assignment starts in early April and lasts nine months.
