Interim HR Consultant, System Implementation, Part-Time
Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an interim HR consultant for a system implementation project at a company in Stockholm.
In the role of interim HR consultant, you will be part of a project team and be responsible for overseeing the implementation and integration of a new HR system, Sympa.
The implementation project includes, among other things, the transfer of data from legacy systems and integration with the existing payroll system and other internal systems. In addition, templates for the company’s HR processes will be integrated. The goal is to have the project largely completed by the end of May 2021.
To be considered for this role, you must be an HR consultant with a solid understanding of HR processes. You are accustomed to agile work methods and have documented experience implementing HR systems; experience implementing or working with the Sympa HR system is a strong plus. Additionally, you have excellent IT skills and are accustomed to leading projects of this nature.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to be part-time through at least May 31, with a start date as soon as possible. We will present candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the client company will take place accordingly.
