Interim HR Manager
Interim Search har fått i uppdrag att tillsätta en interim HR Chef till ett expansivt medelstort IT företag i Stockholm.
In the role of HR Manager, you will have an overall role in the company's various units. You will lead and develop the strategic and operational HR work so that they are in symbiosis with the company's business goals.
Main duties:
- Övergripande ansvar för att utveckla HR strategier och mål tillsammans med företagsledningen
- Ge affärsinriktat HR stöd till företagets chefer
- Ansvara för talent management, personalpolicies etc
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Relevant academic education
- Erfarenhet av att arbeta som HR Chef i ett IT/Tech bolag
- Erfarenhet av affärsinriktat HR arbete som bidrar till att utveckla affären
