Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim HR Business Partner for a company within a European group in the security industry. You will report directly to the HR Director of the Swedish business.
The role of HR Business Partner involves supporting the managers of the business both operationally and strategically. You are a business partner contributing to the development of the business and profitability.
Your tasks in the role of interim HR Business Partner:
- Coach leaders in both leadership and company HR processes
- Work broadly in all HR processes such as recruitment, skills development, change management, cultural work, organizational development
- Trade union negotiations
- Implementing joint projects within Sweden and the rest of the Group
- Together with the team, develop and maintain a strong employer brand
- Continuous update of the intranet with HR information
You will also have strategic and operational responsibility for one or more of the following areas:
- Compensation & Benefits
- Performance Management
- Learning & Development
Who we are looking for:
You have a university degree in HR, solid experience in a similar position in the near future. Good knowledge of labor law and experience in leading negotiations is required. You are fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish.
About the process:
We will present candidates on Friday, March 23 at 13:30 and interviews at the company will take place on Friday, March 24. The assignment is full-time, starts immediately and is expected to last until September 30, 2017.
