Interim Finance Director
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of interim Finance Director at a company with its Nordic headquarters in Stockholm. The company manufactures and sells its own products.
In the role of interim Finance Director, you will be responsible for the finance function, and a key part of the assignment is to continue driving the company’s SAP implementation, including processes for its distribution centers.
As Interim Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
- the company's short- and long-term financial growth and profit targets, in close collaboration with the CEO and the executive team
- ensures proper risk management and compliance
develops economic models and analyses for the commercial evaluation of strategic ideas, forecasts, and reporting processes - cross-functional SAP implementation team
- implements processes related to the establishment of a Nordic distribution center
- the report on the company's operations
- IT and Facility Management
To be eligible for the assignment, you must:
- Experience as a Finance Director/CFO at an international company that sells products, where you have handled inventory and distribution issues
- a business acumen, strategic thinking, and solid leadership experience
- Experience with SAP is required
- experience working in the Nordic region
- fluency in English and knowledge of a Nordic language
