Interim HR Business Partner

In the role of interim HR Business Partner, you have overall responsibility for payroll and union relations. You will report to the HR Manager of the company.

Main duties: 

• Ensuring that you work according to the correct legislation, payroll and compensation process, insurance and pension
• Develop and manage human resources issues across the company's sites and ensure they are in line with the company's overall HR policy
• Supporting the business in personnel and organizational matters
• Be responsible for proactively driving trade union cooperation
• Independently participate in and conduct trade union negotiations as mandated by management
• Ensure that the company complies with labor laws and collective agreement rules
• Responsibility for the entire salary process from salary review and salary mapping to manager training
• Proactive managerial and leadership support on leadership, human resources and organization in line with strategy
• In cooperation with the HR department, develop supporting HR policies, procedures and processes

To be eligible, you must: 

• At least 7 years of experience in qualified HR work, preferably as an interim consultant
• Very good knowledge of labor law and good negotiation skills
• Experience with time accounting systems and HR systems is an advantage
• As a person, you are driven and proactive with strong communication skills
