Interim HR Business Partner
Interim search has been entrusted with the appointment of an interim HR Business Partner for a manufacturing company with approximately 500 employees.
Main responsibilities:;
- Responsible for the support, development and delivery of programs in all HR related activities
- Plan, manage, monitor and continuously improve HR activities and processes to ensure achievement of business goals and objectives
- Daily support to employees and managers
- Develop and build a strong business relationship with management and employees through HR support
- Trade union negotiations and responsible for labour law topics at individual level and in case of small to medium changes (i.e. organizational changes, individual contracts, hiring of managerial positions etc)
- Responsible for the rehabilitation process and individual cases
- Recruitment
- Train employees and managers in relevant HR-related areas
To be eligible for the role;
- Bachelor's degree in HR/PA
- 4-5 years experience as HRBP in manufacturing industry
- As a person independent, communicative, hungry and curious
About the process
The assignment is expected to last 12 months starting in early November. We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews at the client company are held in connection with it.
