Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit a half-time HR specialist for Apcoa Parking AB, a leading player in Swedish parking services. The main business is focused on the establishment and operation of parking facilities. The company has a turnover of approximately SEK 700 million and has 500 employees.
The HR specialist focuses on payroll issues, contractual issues, skills needs and other HR support to the business. Within HR there is currently an HR Administrator and this role reports to the CFO.
To be relevant for the role, you should have solid experience in payroll management, have worked in the HR function, preferably in service companies, and have a broad competence in HR. As a person, you should be thorough, service-oriented and interested in working with people. You should be inspired by delivering high-quality documentation and work well in teams where you have many independent tasks.
The assignment is of 50% of a full time and 6 months long with start as soon as possible.
