Interim Search has been entrusted with the appointment of an Interim Unit Manager within project planning for a municipal organization within energy, water and environment.
Main duties:
- Starting up and establishing working practices for a new unit
- Communication with other departments of the company
- Quality, digitalization and recruitment
- The unit brings together all planning for electricity, urban networks, water and sewage and district heating
To be eligible for the role:
- Many years of experience as a first line manager
- Higher education
- Experience in civil engineering, construction law, design tools and digitalization of the design process
- Experience of working in municipal operations would be an advantage
- It is advantageous to have experience as a Project Manager, Project Manager or CAD coordinator with experience in one of the areas of water, electricity, city networks or district heating
About the process:
The scope of the assignment is full-time with estimated start 2025-02-01. The assignment is expected to last for 3 months with the possibility of extension.
