Interim Head of Operational Support
Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an interim Head of Business Support for a government agency. The position is newly established and involves staff responsibility and an opportunity to participate in the agency's ambition to standardize, streamline and customize.
As head of the newly established unit, an important part of your work will be to make the unit run smoothly and efficiently, developing working practices and the skills and abilities of staff. There are challenges in the short and long term. You work continuously with follow-ups of the unit. You will develop and manage the unit's service offering through dialog with staff and customers. You are part of the department's management team and report to the Head of Department.
To be considered for the post, you will have at least 3 years of managerial experience in both human resources management and strategic management. You have at least five years of experience working in a senior position in business support and administration in a similar organization. You have led an organization in change with a focus on efficiency.
Great importance is attached to personal competences. The personal competences sought are the ability to lead, motivate, coach and give feedback. You can think strategically, long-term and see the big picture. You are results-oriented in order to bring about stable change in the business. You are collaborative and have the ability to communicate clearly.
