Interim Head of Department Landscaping and Services
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Head of Department based in Skåne.
Main duties:
- You are responsible for a total of 35 employees, including 3 direct reporting heads of unit
- You are part of the management team of the administration
- You have ultimate responsibility for the department's finances, budget and performance and are involved in strategic decisions and the development of the overall direction of the administration.
- You will run and develop the department together with 3 heads of unit.
- You lead with unpretentiousness, clarity and a strong commitment
To be eligible for the role, you should have:
- You are a confident and experienced leader with drive, curiosity and a focus on solutions.
- You have solid experience in the operation and maintenance of streets, parks, water and sewage systems and civil engineering contracts
- You are used to budget work and financial monitoring.
- You are experienced in setting clear goals for the business and following them up continuously
- You communicate professionally and with commitment
About the process:
The mission is expected to start on May 1, 2026 and last approximately 6 months.
We will present candidates to the client on March 26 and interviews with the client will take place continuously thereafter.
