Interim Head of Security

As Interim Security Manager, you will report to the CEO and be part of the company's management team. You have no formal staff responsibilities.

Main duties

• Mainly responsible for security with responsibility for driving and developing security work in physical security, information security, personnel security and in accordance with the requirements of the Security Protection Act.
• Ensure that the company's activities are conducted in accordance with the Security Protection Act, the Security Protection Ordinance and associated regulations.
• Proactively work on business continuity planning and crisis management.
• Implementing agreed security and safety measures.
• Drive work on the development ofmeet information security requirements
• Conduct relevant threat assessment.
• Acting as a support function to the CEO and other department heads on security issues.
• Follow up contracts with external security providers.
• Interact with relevant external parties such as the municipality and other security managers in the energy sector.

Who we are looking for:

• You have at least 3 years of experience working with security and safety
• You have training as a security manager or equivalent
• You can express yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing
• You have a university degree, post-secondary education or other relevant training or experience in the field
• You are a self-starter with the ability to both work independently and lead others
• You have the ability to work strategically even under time pressure
• You have good organizational skills, take responsibility and set priorities wisely
• Training in any of NIS, NIS2 and ISO 27001

About the process

The assignment is 100% of full time. Start mid-September and the assignment is expected to last for 6 months.
