Interim Business Area Manager
Interim Search has been entrusted with recruiting an interim Business Unit Manager for a fast-growing Nordic industrial company that needs a senior leader with experience in change management who can streamline and develop the business to achieve greater profitability. The company consists of three business units, and the role entails overall responsibility for one of these, with approximately 50 employees.
Main duties:

Have overall P&L responsibility for the business area.
- Drive change initiatives and develop the organization, processes, and work methods.
- Ensure efficient production, inventory management, project management, and delivery.

Lead and develop the business while taking responsibility for costs, delivery, and sales.

Lead subordinate managers, project managers, salespeople, and product developers.

Ensure efficient production, inventory management, project management, and delivery.

Work as part of Group Management with responsibility for your AO and work together to develop the business.
To be eligible for the role:

Is a senior leader with experience in leading, driving change, and developing organizations.

Has extensive experience in the industry, including production, warehousing, and delivery.

Has experience with projects and project finance, as well as experience with full P&L responsibility.

Has a relevant technical background and a good understanding of production
-
Has experience with change management and is determined, solution-oriented, and proactive.

Experience with the Monitor ERP system is a plus.
About the process
