Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Head of Business Control for an international retail company with a turnover of 17 billion.
For the role of interim Head of Business Control, we are looking for a diplomatic leader with experience in navigating large organizations and building structures.
Main duties:
- Organizational development of newly formed unit of 10 employees.
- Develop structure for group reporting.
- Create an understanding of how best to support the business.
- Project manage a cost savings program.
- Budget, forecast and 5-year plan process.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in similar interim assignments/employments as Head of Controller/CFO in the near future.
- Experience in diplomatic leadership.
- Experience in retail/FMCG.
About the process:
