Interim Group Manager Production

Main duties:

• Managing a team of about 20-25 collective workers in shifts.
• Staff responsibilities and responsibility for a constantly evolving business.
• Plan, manage and allocate daily work to achieve maximum production.
• Continuous production monitoring and follow-up of key performance indicators.
• Ongoing health and safety, quality and security work.

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• At least secondary education in engineering.
• Experience from a previous management position in manufacturing or similar.
• Ability to create engagement and confidence.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
