Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Group Manager Production for a listed company in the Stockholm region.
Main duties:
- Managing a team of about 20-25 collective workers in shifts.
- Staff responsibilities and responsibility for a constantly evolving business.
- Plan, manage and allocate daily work to achieve maximum production.
- Continuous production monitoring and follow-up of key performance indicators.
- Ongoing health and safety, quality and security work.
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- At least secondary education in engineering.
- Experience from a previous management position in manufacturing or similar.
- Ability to create engagement and confidence.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
