Interim Group Manager Production

In the role of Interim Group Manager Production, you will lead a team of about 20-25 collective workers in shifts.

Main duties:

• Staff responsibility and responsibility for a constantly evolving business
• Plan, manage and allocate daily work to achieve maximum production
• Continuous production monitoring and follow-up of key figures
• Ongoing health and safety, quality and security work

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• At least secondary education in technology
• Experience from previous management position in manufacturing or similar
• Ability to create engagement and confidence
• Good communication and cooperation skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

About the process:

The assignment is expected to start and last for about 9-10 months with the possibility of extension. Presentation of candidates is ongoing.
