Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Group Manager Production for a listed company in Stockholm.
In the role of Interim Group Manager Production, you will lead a team of about 20-25 collective workers in shifts.
Main duties:
- Staff responsibility and responsibility for a constantly evolving business
- Plan, manage and allocate daily work to achieve maximum production
- Continuous production monitoring and follow-up of key figures
- Ongoing health and safety, quality and security work
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- At least secondary education in technology
- Experience from previous management position in manufacturing or similar
- Ability to create engagement and confidence
- Good communication and cooperation skills
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
About the process:
The assignment is expected to start and last for about 9-10 months with the possibility of extension. Presentation of candidates is ongoing.
