Interim Group Financial Manager

The role will manage the financial operations and systems of the group. The Group Financial Manager operates across multiple units to meet the group's objectives in terms of growth and profitability. The role reports to the CFO.

Main duties:

• Develop and prepare financial statements, budget reports, forecasts, cost analysis reports and cash flow.
• Responsible for all group consolidation processes and tools. Consolidates in UNIT4 and in accordance with K3.
• Responsible for the global audit processes.
• Manage the financial forecasting and budgeting processes and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting.
• Work closely with the CFO on legal and compliance issues. Provide analytical and planning support for the development of the finance function for profitable growth.
• Responsible for internal audit and control.

To be eligible for the role:

• You have a relevant academic degree.
• You have solid experience in financial management and group consolidation.
• You have previous experience in process development / continuous improvement and change management.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English.
• You are a good communicator with a good understanding and experience of managing different customer channels and product mixes internationally.

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last 3 months with the possibility of extension. The position is at 50%, starting August 9. Travel may occur in the work.
