Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a Group Controller to a listed company in Stockholm
Main duties
- Act as second in command to the CFO
- Reporting under IFRS
- Drawing up financial statements
- Consolidation
- External reporting
- Reporting to the Board
- Some work may be done remotely, but 50% on site
To be eligible for the role
- Relevant higher education
- IFRS
- Independently prepare financial statements
- Background from smaller, listed companies
- Good experience working with the stock exchange
- Operational, used to working ad hoc
About the process
The assignment is expected to last at least 10 months starting immediately. We present candidates 9/3 and interviews at the client company take place 10/3.
