Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Group Accounting Manager for a PE-owned group with a turnover of several billion. Location in Stockholm.
In the role of Interim Group Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for group accounting and some accounting responsibilities. The role involves close cooperation with the group companies.
Main duties:
- Responsible for and develop structure for consolidated accounts.
- Work on and be responsible for the annual accounts and consolidated accounts.
- Responsible for annual accounts and tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies at group and company level.
- Implement IFRS 16/ Leases.
To be eligible for the role:
- Several years of proven experience as Group Accounting Manager and Accounting Manager.
- Experience in implementing IFRS standards and ideally IFRS 16.
- Very good communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in interim assignments in listed or PE-owned companies is an advantage.
