Interim Group CFO

In the role of interim Group CFO, you will join a start-up with few employees in the group that has come a long way with a handful of established acquisitions that are highly profitable. As you will be one of the key people in the company's growth journey, you will be offered an incentive program. The company works with e-commerce and has ambitious growth plans with current and upcoming acquisitions. As interim Group CFO, you will be responsible for ensuring that the group's companies have the right structure, as well as the group's consolidation, quarterly reporting, and preparing the company for a stock market listing in the long term. You will report to the company's CEO.

Main duties:

• Consolidated financial statements, consolidation, and quarterly reporting
• Support, streamline, and create consistency in the accounting and reporting of subsidiaries
• M&A and preparing acquisition analyses
• Prepare the company for listing

To be eligible for the role, you have: 

• Experience from working at group level at an auditing firm or other relevant assignment/employment
• Experience in consolidated accounting, consolidation, and quarterly reporting
• Experience as CFO/Finance Manager from a fast-growing group with subsidiaries
• Possibly experience from retail
• Possibly participated in preparing companies for listing
• Possible acquisition experience
• A high work capacity and willingness to take on a key role in driving the group's growth journey in the short and long term.

About the process: 

The assignment is expected to last for nine months, with the ambition to continue indefinitely with the client company. The assignment will start immediately, but no later than May 15. We will present candidates on April 19, and interviews with the client company will take place on April 20.
