Interim Group CFO
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Group CFO to a small listed group headquartered in Stockholm.
In the role of interim Group CFO, you will be responsible for the group's consolidation and quarterly reporting, as well as acting as an advisor and strategic sounding board to the group companies and CEO.
Main duties:
- Group accounting, consolidation, and quarterly reporting.
- Business consulting for group companies and the group's management team.
- Collaboration with external accounting firm.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience from working at group level at an auditing firm or other relevant assignment/employment.
- Experience in consolidated accounting, consolidation, and quarterly reporting.
- Experience as CFO/Finance Manager from a fast-growing group with subsidiaries.
- Experience of acquisitions.
- Experience of conversion from K3 to IFRS.
- Experience in B2C operations is an advantage.
The assignment comprises 50% of full-time work and starts in September. The assignment is expected to last 12-18 months, with the possibility of extension.
