Interim Group Business Controller

For the parent company, with ten employees, an interim Group Business Controller with M&A focus is required for the group team. We are looking for you who like to work in a fast-paced environment and want to develop the existing controlling function. You report to the CFO and Business Development manager.

Responsibilities in the role of interim Group Business Controller

• M&A.
• Develop checkpoints based on acquisition process.
• Drive parts of internally conducted commercial due diligence processes.
• Assist in the preparation of decision-making documents for our M&A Committee.
• Play an active role in planning and monitoring integration processes.Group performance
• Monthly and quarterly monitoring of the business areas including analysis of trends etc.
• Analysis of monthly results and snapshot results.
• Preparation of budget and forecasts for the group. Quarterly forecasts.
• Develop the group's business controlling processes including the management reporting model.
• Drive and implement various group-wide improvement projects.

Competences

• University degree.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint.
• Strong sense of order.
• Fluent in English in both written and oral communication.

Experiences

• Experience as Business Controller or Group Controller in the near future.
• Experience in building structures for controlling at group level.
• Experience from the Gaming industry or Consumer industry, M&A or Transaction Services experience.
• Experience from one of the larger audit firms would be an advantage.

About the process

We present candidates to the client company on Monday, February 9. Interviews will take place at the client on Tuesday, February 12 between 09:00-14:00. The assignment starts on February 17 or no later than the last day of February and lasts for six months. Possibly the assignment can be extended.
