Interim Global Payroll Project Leader
Interim Search has been appointed to recruit an interim Global Payroll Project Leader for a successful and globally listed company.
In the role as interim Global Payroll Project Leader, you will be part of a global growth company that is growing both organically and through acquisitions. This requires high demands on payroll to integrate acquisitions and continue to develop the function in line with the company's continuous expansion goals.
Main tasks:
- Review, explain, and plan resolution steps for urgent issues
- End-to-end payroll, preparation of payment, and payment to employees
- Correction of previous tax and accounting implications
- Handling delayed payroll, broken processes, and improving processes
Your qualifications:
- Experience from a similar assignment or employment in an international context.
- Experience as Project Leader
- Experience from income tax and audit and taxable benefits
- Experience from long-term incentive programs
- Experience from working with Shared Service Center
- A forward-thinking and modern way of working
About the process:
The assignment is set to last for 4-6 months and start immediately. We will keep an ongoing presentation of candidates and interviews with the customer will be held in conjunction.
