Interim Financial Controller

Main duties:

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable and invoicing
•  Coordinate with sales department to ensure sales orders are correct
  registered
•  Review sales orders to ensure that invoicing is consistent with
  customer contracts and company policies
• Supporting the sales department in financial matters, such as managing
  discounts and payment terms
• Ensure timely payments from customers and follow up on outstanding
  Invoices*.
•  Responsible for the reconciliation of accounts receivable
• Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to resolve any
  billing problem
• Participate in monthly and quarterly closing processes
• Analyze revenue streams from sales orders and forecast future revenue
• Participate in improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and automate
  processes.

Qualifications and experience:

• At least 3-5 years of experience as Financial Controller or similar role, with
  focus on accounts receivable and cooperation with sales departments
• Experience with SaaS companies or other subscription-based businesses
  is a strong merit
•  Strong understanding of accounts receivable, invoicing processes and management of
  sales orders
• Experience working with ERP systems and CRM systems, preferably specifically
  for the SaaS industry (e.g. NetSuite, Younium, Hubspot)
• Experience working with financial reporting
• Good understanding of Swedish and international accounting principles
