Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Finance Manager on a part-time basis to Gisys AB for at least 12 months - an exciting company in the computer consulting industry. The company has a turnover of SEK 23 million and has 21 employees at the office in Sundbyberg.
Gisys is a software company with a team of system developers, software architects, testers and project managers. The company builds its consulting business on flexibility, speed and delivery reliability. With a personal commitment, they develop and manage modern and user-friendly IT solutions that streamline their customers' daily work.
Responsibilities in the role of Interim Finance Manager:
- Main responsibility for the company's finance function including responsibility for one person.
- Responsibility for the company's annual accounts and monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Preparation of a liquidity budget.
- Management of accounts receivable and responsibility for the company's invoicing via Fortnox (accounts payable and other current accounting).
- Responsibility for maintaining and developing financial procedures and carrying out practical controller work.
- Financial and credit management including overdrafts.
- Preparing the annual accounts for the authorities and auditors.
- drawing up annual accounts.
- Doing payroll, alternatively outsourcing this.
- Be part of the company's management team.
Who we are looking for:
- Many years of experience in practical accounting work, including financial statements.
- Experience in a broad position as Finance Manager in a small company and have an understanding of the work of the entire finance function.
- Willingness to work both operationally and strategically within the finance function.
- Knowledge of new issues.
About the process:
