Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Finance Manager for Rikshem. The role mainly involves managing the company's debt portfolio, liquidity management and responsibility for managing the company's financial risks.
Rikshem AB (publ) is one of Sweden's largest private housing companies. In the assignment as interim CFO, you are responsible for the company's presence in the capital market and have the opportunity to take over ongoing projects. You have personnel responsibility for a Financial Controller and are responsible for reporting to the management team and the board regarding interim reporting and financial reports.
Main duties:
- Responsible for the company's borrowings in the bond market.
- Overall responsibility for liquidity and refinancing risks.
- Responsible for new and existing financial contracts.
- Manage financial issues related to Rikshem's joint ventures.
Who we are looking for:
- You have at least a Master's degree in economics or finance.
- You have many years of experience working in real estate finance.
- You have experience in building and maintaining good relationships with counterparties in financial markets.
- As a person, you are structured and have leadership qualities.
About the process:
