Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Finance Manager for a manufacturing company in Lund. The company has a turnover of SEK 320 million and has two production facilities in Sweden.
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the company's finance function and manage three employees who work with accounting, product controlling and costing. The role reports to the CEO of the company.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze and make suggestions for improvement based on the efficiency of the finance function.
- Financial reporting.
- Budget and forecast.
- Monthly and annual accounts, forecasts.
- Preparation of annual accounts.
- Investment costing.
- Ongoing accounting, performance and activity analysis.
- Streamline reporting structure.
- Liquidity planning.
- Taxes and declarations.
- Developing key performance indicators and profitability analysis.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in a similar role in the near future.
- Experience from producing companies.
- Experience with Navision is an advantage.
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last 6 months starting mid-September. We will present candidates to the client company on Tuesday, September 4 and interviews will take place on Wednesday, September 5 between 09:00-14:00.
