Interim Chief Financial Officer

As interim Finance Manager, you are responsible for managing the accounting, financial statements, reporting, and consolidation of the 10 Swedish companies. You will be assisted by two accountants and a financial assistant. You will report to the outgoing CFO and CEO. The internal culture is characterized by security and a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities as interim Chief Financial Officer:

• project accounting with percentage of completion and financial statements.
• for monthly reporting to the group and quarterly reporting.
• forecasts to the business.
• Liquidity monitoring with large flows.
• ongoing communication with auditors.

Who we are looking for as Interim Finance Manager, you have experience:

• from the role of Finance Manager, Accounting Manager from medium or large company.
• from working independently on accounting and financial statements.
• of project-based activities with profit accounting.
• from the construction industry or with an audit background in construction.
• to quickly familiarize themselves with complex financial systems.
• by Unit4 (formerly Agresso).
• of simpler group consolidation.

To fit into the role, you need to be self-motivated, have a good sense of service, responsible, committed, thorough and structured with good social skills.

About the process:
