Interim Chief Financial Officer

Confidence is listed on NASDAQ First North and is a knowledge-leading system integrator and service provider of security solutions that create security and business benefits for its customers by combining traditional security technology with IP technology. The company's management team is changing and the financial work is handled with both in-house staff and outsourced tasks and projects. To complement the finance function during continued change and growth, the CEO needs a part-time Finance Manager/CFO. The main tasks are:

• Sounding board for the CEO
• Quality assurance of financial statements and reports
• Coaching of own financial staff
• Coordination of accounting firm and auditors and other consultants (IR)
• Coordination of specific projects
• Financial support to other managers

To be considered for the role, you should have a Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent, and at least 10 years of experience in the CFO role, including at least 5 years in a listed environment. The role requires a flexible approach to tasks where both operational and strategic issues can land on your desk. Experience in the service sector with project-based activities is an asset. Some tasks are likely to be carried out remotely. The initial requirement is estimated to be 20% of a full-time position but this may grow.
