Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Finance Manager for a well-known service company in central Stockholm. The company consists of a smaller group that has financial staff who handle the day-to-day work. Your assignment consists of operationally leading the group, working together with auditors and creating improvements in processes and routines.
As Interim Chief Financial Officer, you will have overall responsibility for the Group's finances. You will report to the CEO and will be part of the management team.
To be eligible for the assignment, you must:
- recently worked as a financial officer/financial manager
- an operational approach to your role
- experience in group accounting and operational contracting
- understanding of logistics is considered highly meritorious
The assignment as interim CFO will start within four weeks in consultation with the client and will last until a permanent employee is in place (probably 3-6 months). If you are open to employment after the assignment is completed, it is considered meritorious but not a requirement. The existing Finance Manager will be assisting during a transition phase.
