Interim Chief Financial Officer

In the role of Interim Finance Manager, you will be a key person in the company and part of the management team. The group places great focus on business management, which places great demands on high quality accounting (dimensional follow-up) and the ability to work with business managers.

Main duties:

• Act as leader of a team of 4 people.
• Responsible for the budget and ongoing monitoring of the business together with the CEO.
• Carry out a merger, which involves the merging of two legal entities. Transfer the accounting and invoicing of one business from Jeeves to Business Central.
• Implement a conversion from K3 to IFRS.
• Develop a financial handbook and implement internal controls.
• Contribute to raising the accounting and systems knowledge of the team.

We are looking for you who have/are: 

• At least 10 years of experience in complex accounting and monitoring at company level.
• An experienced and skilled leader/manager.
• Highly skilled in business systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central, and a habit of driving improvement projects.
• Knowledge and experience of IFRS is an advantage.
• Experience in company mergers and/or merging business systems is an advantage.

About the assignment

The assignment starts immediately, is full-time and is expected to last approximately 6 months. The position is located at the office in Stockholm.
