Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of interim Chief Financial Officer at a large manufacturing company in Västra Götaland.
In the role of interim Chief Financial Officer, you will primarily focus on controller-related tasks while leading a team of seven people in accounting, logistics, IT, and HR.
The company is part of a larger group, but locally it is a smaller organization undergoing change; therefore, it is crucial that you have both a strategic perspective and experience working at the operational level across a broad range of areas.
We are looking for someone with strong expertise in production economics, as you will be supporting the CEO and contributing your experience from previous assignments or positions. You possess strong analytical skills and are familiar with various financial systems. Previous experience with M3 and living in the local area are a plus.
As a person, you are a team player with a proactive mindset and strong leadership skills.
